I build the whole thing — API, clients, and the box it runs on.

Three years of shipping mobile and web products for real users, mostly on my own: designing the data model, writing the API, building the clients against it, and keeping production alive afterwards.

Clean architecture, by default

Data, domain and presentation stay separate — dependency injection at the edges, functional Either-based error handling instead of thrown surprises, and lint rules that keep the boundaries honest as the codebase grows.

One backend, many clients

A single Spring Boot API can serve an admin dashboard, a teacher app and a Flutter client at once. That only works if auth, role-based access and tenant isolation are decided centrally rather than re-implemented per screen.

I ship it and I run it

Migrating production onto a self-managed VPS, wiring nginx, systemd and TLS, scripting the deploy and then tracing the port conflict that was silently blocking releases — the job isn't done when the feature branch merges.

Two roles running in parallel right now — a Flutter product team by day, and a SaaS platform I built and still operate for a paying customer.

  1. Flutter Developer — Dadilion

    2025 — Present

    Fixitruck — truck fleet maintenanceiOS & Android · Live on Google Play

    • Developed a cross-platform Flutter app for fleet maintenance and roadside repair, serving drivers, mechanics and fleet managers on iOS and Android.
    • Architected the client with Clean Architecture (data / domain / presentation), BLoC state management, get_it dependency injection, go_router navigation and functional Either-based error handling.
    • Implemented a multi-step pre-trip inspection flow with a custom sequential camera — framing guides, per-item photo slots, min/max validation — and offline-capable Hive caching.
    • Integrated Firebase Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics and Analytics, Google Maps live tracking, phone-OTP / Google / Apple sign-in, and automatic JWT refresh with concurrent-request synchronisation.
    • Built and maintained a shared design system (typography, spacing, radius, 20+ reusable components) and a 5-locale JSON localisation layer, enforced across the codebase through lint rules and custom metrics.

  2. Freelance Full-Stack Developer — Independent

    • Built and deployed a multi-branch learning-centre management platform — students, groups, teachers, enrolments, attendance, payments, lead tracking and monthly / yearly reporting — serving a live customer at creativelc.uz.
    • Designed a REST API of 14 Spring Boot controllers on Spring Data JPA with stateless JWT auth (15-minute access tokens, rotating 7-day refresh tokens) and role-based access for SUPER_ADMIN, BRANCH_ADMIN and TEACHER.
    • Implemented tenant-style branch isolation in a shared database: every query is scoped through a central security service, so a branch admin can only ever reach their own branch's data.
    • Shipped three clients against one backend — a React admin dashboard, a standalone React teacher app for attendance submission with admin approval, and a Flutter mobile app (BLoC, Dio, Hive) with offline support.
    • Migrated production from Railway to a self-managed Vultr VPS with systemd, an nginx reverse proxy, Let's Encrypt TLS and a scripted deploy; diagnosed a duplicate-service port conflict that had been silently blocking releases.
    • Cut report and listing latency by replacing per-row N+1 queries with batched aggregation queries.
